  • We will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed.
  • Issues were reported within 24 hours.
  • Our re-cleaning attempt still fails to meet reasonable expectations.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the client fails to provide accurate service details (e.g., hidden damages, restricted access).
  • If dissatisfaction is reported after 24 hours.
  • If services were performed as agreed but the client changes their mind.
